So true, it's not about the games, it's about the next game, the next cash grab. And when the series loses all it's playerbase due to the fact that they've lost interest witch each iteration, just move on to the next series to ruin and grab some more cash.

Huge difference between a game having solid potential and actually being solid. Yes the shooting mechanics are amazingly solid but this is not merely a shooter (at least it shouldn't be). Other key aspects of the game don't really rise to expectations. Bugs that will NEVER get fixed plus the most retarded matchmaking on the planet are enough of a bad foundation to ruin the experience for many. Not to mention the fact that games are full of cretins. Admins that constantly teamswitch/kick you for no apparent reason, people that utterly refuse to play as a team or play the objective. The fact that in most servers you always land on that moron team (and there is a solid explanation for this - ahem, broken matchmaking to sum up). It is so frustrating to not be able to find one single good match in tenths no matter how well you play. And by god the fast respawn vehicle servers... that just proves just how much people don't understand this game. I could just rant forever, EVEN THOUGH, I will continue to play this game, and hope for those good games (which are oh so rare). Maybe squad up with some mates which makes it much better. Funny thing is I fully support the game (heck I bought the game, first expansion and premium which is pretty much a ripoff - and for that I didn't even see basic mechanics being fixed), and I WISH they would make it live up to it's full potential. BUT it's EA we're talking about. I mean let's try and be honest here. They've been working on things, they've been improving, but it still feels like it's not about the games. It is so not about the games...

I am sick of posts attempting to defend a COD 4 clone. Yes there are vehicles, but the shooting is the same old shit. How people always rave about the planes and tanks just goes to show how terrible the combat is.
