Some people blacklist people who win their giveaways so that they don't give twice to the same person; personally I think it's weird, but it's not against the rules.
Assuming there's no reason for a reroll, they should still send you the game after this.

I won a copy of gun metal recently (8 hours ago at time of post). When I went to click on the giveaway, it told me I was blacklisted by the creator. It was a kind of strange experience. Does this mean I didn't win now, or just that I can't win another of their giveaways. Hell, I can't even thank them since I can't see who did the giveaway.
