Exam results tomorrow :<

In High School I was a dumbshit and decide to work two jobs on top of senior year and I had chemistry second block. The teacher kept a tally in his grade book of how many times I stayed awake in his class in two quarters....I think it was like 11 times I stayed awake through the whole thing.

Of course I was failing in like the 40s, but we had this school policy that seniors, passing a class with an 80 or above didn't have to come back to take the final. He gave me an 80 so he wouldn't have to see me again.

Funny thing is, come like 4 years later, in college, he taught the same class at a college level on the side and even used the same worksheets and stuff. Second time around u pulled a perfect score. It wasn't hard, I just stayed awake and did the dam assignments. Like why wasn't I this smart as a teen?

I know that moment, I couldn't sleep at night and had the same thought about failing in chemistry . Got 81/100 pro.
