What happened to not having exploited key giveaways ??

Didnt this site used to not allow exploited keys ? Why are all the giveaways using them ? What has happened to this site ?

Read the thread from Raiden, I think they allow them as long as they are only giving one key away, others will (or are already) suspended. Raiden also said that there will be an official statement from SteamGifts in the next time.
