I usually dont buy games unless I want them much. I would say Deus Ex HR was disappointing, but I bought it for 10 bucks. And trine 2 is kinda too short, 10 bucks also. Other than that- Magic the gathering 2012 which I could not run for months and I still have problems with it.
Edit: Actually the only game I really regret buying is MNC, because it sucks.

I played it on my shitty laptop with minor lag...
What the hell kind of PCs you guys got? XD
BTW turning down the quality settings really changes things if you are having issues (which I mostly got if I travelled real fast, as procedural generation [or however it's called] was the only thing that truly got me framerate loss)

I bought that just to get some ideas for deck types. For testing it's good...but omg the AI is SO STUPID, playing archenemy with computer AI allies made me want to punch kittens. ARRRGH, so glad I finished that half-assed thrown together campaign, but man it was painful. Cards are way more fun.

A thousand times this. That game is garbage if you're expecting something as decent as the card game.

well I regret buying dead island at full price (50€) during the 1st month when it released, couldn't run the game properly 1st, but even with my new machine, still have some issues with it :/ should have waited to buy it, now it's cheaper (30€)

That was a tough choice, but I move for any game that obligates me to install DirectX. I have the latest version for Win7, I know where I stand, I don't wanna have to install DirectX 6.

Just as a note, DirectX10/11 doesnt have all DX Librarys on board, for some games you must install DirectX9...without it you can download each missing DLL from the interwebz...because of that steam wants that you install DirectX...same with other games, the developers just dont want that you got frustrated because of missing dll files...

blocks that matter.. first levels was kinda fun but then it gets boring.. but it was on a deal so np.
also dead space, I'm not a really horror shooter fan and the control was shit.

There are some fan patches that might help you with that. You could also ask Steam for a refund. They have done it in some occasions if the users weren't able to play the game, although I think this could only happen for recent purchases with little to no play time.

Try the unofficial patches. They work WONDERS on that game... there's even instructions on how to install them on your steam copy. It will make the game ALOT more enjoyable, and fix almost all the bugs.

Not a game. Multiple ones. Actually they can't even be called games. The Humble Mojam bundle...

Well, that was intended more for the charity than the actual games. But yes, I agree.

Almost all. I don't have as much time as I used to.
