Why are the two websites' results so different? (techy nub here).
For me, Speed Guide says 2.8 Mbps down and 1.8 Mbps up while Speedtest says 39.19 Mbps down and 5.48 up. ?_?

(used to have time warner & my upload speed was 1.7 Mbps for WAY more money. so glad I switched to verizon so now I can actually stream & play games properly. :D)
