HLSW alternative

Heyo,

'veterans' among you may remember HLSW, which was an external server browser & administration software for tons of games and was especially helpful before Steam was released as the old WON system had a terrible server browser.

Unfortunately HLSW hasn't been updated in almost 5 years, so it doesn't work for modern games. Does anyone know of a modern alternative? I can't seem to find any.

I use Gameranger to play praetorians with some friends (not the steam version). I also used voobly, but I don't think they support many games.

Thanks, Gameranger seems like it's worth trying, though it looks a bit dated aswell :)
