Does anyone play War Z? and if yes, do you have a server?

I know people here tend to hate that game, but in my opinion it is not bad as everyone says, it isn't the best game but there is no way to hate it like that.

So... I started playing it some days ago and I noticed that it's nearly impossible to play if you are new and people always kill you, so I have been wondering if it is really worth renting a server for myself and 3 or 4 people and get enough gear to play in public servers. I haven't found any free private PvE server, and I don't want to pay for a server that I don't know if it is going to last for more than a week. What would you do?

Also feel free to comment if you are hosting a free PvE server :P

Idk I just started to play Deadz, its free and apparently better...I bumped into a couple players, no one wanted to kill me...Heard WarZ is full of player killers and turd people.

I live in a non-exsoviet country bordering with Russia and I can confirm that at least 75% of all Russian tourists and investors are turdpeople.

Warz is freaking stupid, if you get in a populated server, sometimes you spawn and get instantly ambushed by a group of players.

I made 5 characters in the game, all died in 1 hour... first one, some guy backstabbed me after helping me kill two zombies. Second time i spawned in a village, grabbed a bottle of water, got shot in the back by a shotgun, 3 guys working together, i only had a flashlight... the other 3 died by zombies, all of them stupid deaths aswell.

-climb up a tower in a village, all zombies in the village come to the tower, now imagine having like 30-40 zombies on your ass and to kill 1 zombie is a really hard task already sicne they can 2-4 hit you to death, now imagine lots of them stacked together. I ended up dieing trying to avoid hits while going back down, made it halfway. Later on i learnt from a friend that i could have jumped from the tower and landed down there without dieing, game has no fall damage, which is stupid.

-went to search a small post in the middle of the woods, i went down the hill, got in, looted, came out the sameway, around 20 zombies spawned in the grass (tall grass) and ambushed me in form of a huge circle, managed to kill 3 of them before dieing. Imagine my reaction, how the hell did 20 zombies get in that area in less than 5 minutes? I have no clue...

-last death, i got in a low populated server, out of boredomness i decided to bait zombies across the field and lure them to players, lucky me that the stamina in that game is freaking crap and takes alot of time to recharge again once used while running, also zombies run at the same speed as players and never stop unless you get on higher ground or safe zone. So after pilling about 50 zombies on my tail and making a choo-choo train, one of them managed to bite my ass while running, at the same speed, i don't know how he did it, but it was a magical moment i guess and i ended up dieing.

So that's my first hour experience with the game, once a character dies, you loose all your items and you need to wait 1 hour in order to play with that character again.

no fall damage? then how do you lose half of your health if you make a little jump off a slope? maybe to fix that the devs turned off fall damage at all.

I put up a private server for me and my friends to play when we do lan parties.
Being a programmer was easy setting it up,but i suppose for people with less knowledge it could be harder.I have the ragezone one.

Also about your concerns,if the 2-3 people with whom you play are close to you,you don't need to buy a hosting server.Just put it on your own pc,and use hamachi or Evolve.

EDIT: I am talking about the free servers,not the official ones

and do those items stay in your inventory to use in public servers? do we have to be LAN connected or just near (same city)? could you help us? :3

I don't know as I never played on official ones.
If you are LAN connected it's easier,otherwise use some form of VPN as hamachi or Evolve.
