That's why I posted this in the announcement Thread:
"Sounds really good, but what happens if a creator doesn't like the person who won (VAC ban, country, language, attitude) and simply makes up a reason like "was rejecting my steam request and E-Mail", is there any way to for the previous winner to see what he missed so in case it's not correct he can open up a support ticket?
It won't get him back the game but the creator will be notified not to abuse this system anymore."
I'm not too happy with how it is done at the moment as well, if leaves some room for abusing the system. But it's a new system so it will take some time until everything go sorted out.

is there any sign of that the giveaway was rerolled? i know that support needs a ticket to reroll one, but if it's their giveaway they can create a ticket and reroll by themselves! :O
