What kind of ticket are you waiting for, Reroll ? I think a lot of tickets don't get adressed at all because they are based on a wrong understanding how the site works. (like winners requesting rerolls which can only be done by the creator and stuff like that)

Ok, this should be pretty straightforward normally but Support has been more and more overwhelmed lately. Make sure to make screenshots of everything relevant (like that he's currently suspended) in case he's back until it gets resolved.
By the way being currently suspended is reason enough for a reroll. No further infractions needed.

They've probably got a lot of tickets right now thanks to the clickteam bundle or w/e. I know I just won on a reroll for spriter today, from over a week ago. The creator has had to reroll 9 times now. So if others are having the same luck, I can just imagine how many tickets are in the air.

It might help to attach image proofs as well (don't know if it actually speeds up the process, but I've always done it). I've had 3 tickets with simple reason(they already had the game) for reroll and all got resolved in about a week, the fastest was a day.

The reroll requests take like a week to get resolved, so you'll need to wait a bit more.

ahh yeah. the Chronicles of a Dark Lord giveaway in screenshot was a 50copy ga setup between 4x private groups but it only got 48 entries and 2x re-roll requests. so those 2x entries or extra copies need removed. & zenohell was a 5pack from otakumaker and everybody was gifting that bundle it came from like crazy at the time & 3 spare winners all already won it.

Stats are only updated once a day, so they may get a few hundred reroll requests in the meanwhile, but as long as they do all of them by the end of the day the ticket counter won't budge.

Standard re-rolls take about a week, out of my own experiences and from what I hear from other SG users/friends.
But I can understand the impatience in your case as I also would ask and be somewhat impatient if I saw that one of my winners was suspended but know that I have had several such winners (suspended for some days) and that in each case I got the re-roll. ^^

They took 3 days to reroll mine, but they also did the next 2 reroll in a day. (3 reroll for a game, I know it's "not a lot" but first time that it happend to me). Just be patient, you have a week to send it :)
Once, they even took 8 days for a reroll, I've started to worried a lot. But they always responded, even with a bit of delay.

I love the support people, people are getting more and more impatient is the real problem. I see your giveaway ended only yesterday, wait a week at least. And the answer from support about this issue already came a year ago;

I think it depends on the reroll reason, but IΒ΄m not sure...
Had several rerolls because of already owned/previously won and the all have been processed in 1-2 days.
Now I have a reroll request because the winner rejected the gift (he decided he would not play it, so somebody else should have it) and itΒ΄s open for 4 days now.
