How long does it typically take to get admin assistance on "Request Recieved Feedback"?

I say hit or miss. I still have a support ticket 4 weeks old. So yeah...

I usually try to clear this queue about once a week, but I haven't had time recently since there was more reroll tickets pending than usual. I'll try to do them this evening and tomorrow.
