There are two things that can cause your level to fall.
1) The site takes game values from Steam's API. If the price drops in the Steam store (or reports incorrectly), the value changes here accordingly. Read more about it here
2) A previous giveaway's status on the bundle list may have changed to reflect a newer bundle or a more accurate start date.

Yes, for example Shadow Warrior was recently added to the bundle list with date: Nov 4, 2014
So giveaways created since that date count as bundle retroactively. It can be this or a price fall as you said.
