Metal Gear Solid V Price Error or New Low?

On steam store the base price dropped like %50. I bought instantly incase of pricing error but checked steamdb and it seems new prices are set.

Same price in the Asian Regions sadly :(
I think its the only game that isnt cut by regional prices. (Still $60)

There was a small glitch in NZ market. Down to $16 USD. It's been corrected back to $28 USD now
