Yeah, all I get from that is a static image. No zebras, no woman, no car (even had to bruteforce the car color). I apologize if I'm missing a part of the puzzle, this is what I see on the map, and nothing else.
edit: bruteforced the shirt color too, but still have no idea where I'm supposed to find them.

Some time ago, i think it was in the end of 2014, someone on this forum posted a detective game and promised that he will do this again every 1st of a month. Till now i didn´t see a new one.
