Need a little advice...

Hello, my first giveaway (http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/wH9fW/star-wars-battlefront-ii) went as planned without problems, BUT the winner is not responding to date, when I added him to Steam it said he was online recently and yet he hasn't claimed his gift, what am I supposed to do?

OK, fair enough, but it bugs me how can he be online and not claim the gift already...

Put up a note on the next giveaway, If you want the gift(s) to be claimed asap.
