Hello everyone, today someone added me on steam, he asked for my trade url and then he wanted me to look at the stats my skins have in opskins (using the sell option and trading with the bot or something like that). Then he said "tell me those stats, if they're good I will send you my Karambit", which is of course an expensive knife that costs much more than the 3 skins he wanted from me. The guy also has community ban
according to steamgifts. I already blocked him, just want to know if there is some scam that involves the stats he asked me to look up in opskins (maybe skin duping?). Sorry for my poor English.

He might have been trying to bait you into clicking on some phishing link that would steal your login information, but he also might have been just trying to gauge if you had anything worth stealing. It really depends on how smart he was trying to be.

Not sure exactly what he was trying to do - but don't do anything anybody with a community ban asks you to do and especially don't click on any links they try and send you. It will only end badly. You will not receive a Karambit.

Some guy added me and offered me some 300$ worth AWP skin in exchange for the 1 guy i got from the 15 minutes of playing CS before i refunded that pile of trash ... IF i offfer a trade to some bot with my dota items so he can check their worth ...

Yeah it doesnt make sense to me either ...

He's just gonna send you some request with a fake bot, and you'll lose your items. Personally, i wouldn't even accept friend requests from community banned players (you gonna have to screw up BIG time to get those).
