What will happen if you make a giveaway then ...

I have a question, i am very concerned if the person that receives a game will click on yes or no when they have got it! What if they click "No i have not received " ?? I am very concerned about this and i would be very happy if someone could answer this for me :D

If they click no you can contact support and provide them with evidence that you sent the key/gift and they will mark it as recieved for you. Chances are the person that marked no will get suspended in that case too.

So if i provide them the chat , of me giving the person the key on the steam chat (screenshot) They might check it as Yes ?
