It is, at least in North America. But if you've got the game from IGN Prime then you're out of luck, as they removed BF3 and AC:R from my Impulse account, still have BF3 on Origin though.

I totally called this. 100%. GameStop is affiliated with IGN, so it's clear they'd do something like this, but EA might just ignore them since IGN were the ones who ballsed the promotion up and gave out keys to everyone, which were already out of EA's hands at this point.

Which is why I told the person I gave my BF3 key to to export it to Origin ASAP. He still has it, though Ass Creed R was removed from my ImpulseStopDockNowDriven fuck whatever account, and BF3 is listed as invalid.

I'm not a big follower of the series and wasn't really all that interested in the game in the first place, but oh well. I was kind of hoping they'd go the "not piss off legitimate customers" route, for my own benefit, but that's GameStop for you. Speaking of which, ahem:

Uh, you never paid for the game so why the fuck would you be complaining that it got revoked anyway? You said so yourself you're not interested in the game. I got 3 ACR keys from the leak, but I don't care that they've been revoked because I didn't even really pay for them, so they had all the right to correct the mistake they made, why do you feel so entitled to a $50 game just because of a human mistake?

And if you were a legitimate IGN Prime User at the time that redeemed the code, you can send in a support query to IGN and I'm sure they'll give you a copy since they'd have records of IGN memberships.

I got one from that thread but AC:R doesn't show up. My friend was able to successfully activate the BF3 key but he doesn't have a DX10/11 card to play it lol.
