well, AFAIK suspensions can stack, for example nonactivation of several games will get you (number of not activated games x 5 days)
Still, even if the winner marks as "not received" it can be changed later, just need to contact the winner and explain the situation to them, then give the game.

Haven't been suspended in SGv2, but back in SGv1 you can't see who are the winners of giveaways you made. So you'll have to wait for the suspension to end.
The only thing you can see is your suspension screen, remaining sentence, and reason for ban (and the support forum if you want to appeal).
I wonder if this is still the case.

Ι have to dig out this thread cause i'm a little comfused.So few min ago i enter on a ga,didnt win but i check giveaway creator and see that he is suspend permanent.Users that they are suspend permanent can make giveaways?Second:can they give the game to the winner?They can enter on others ga,start a thread or make trades?I thought that if you get suspend you cant even login on steamgifts but oobviously this is not true cause his last active was one hour ago.

The giveaway was created before he got permabanned.
I think you can still login, but basically it's like you are not logged in, you can't do anything

They give you rights to defend yourself about your account ban issue . for example, there's a rule says :
Users are limited to one account per person, and accounts should not be shared.
So if multiple users [ more than one ] using one pc or one IP to access their SG accounts and support get notice about it then they will ban all suspicious accounts !. In this scenario, if users of THAT sharing pc give enough & acceptable proof to support about the sharing pc, they will unban accounts.

Wild question appeared in my head.
If someone wins Ga made by user who becomes suspended while GA ends what happens ?
Is suspended guy able to see who won so he can send gift or during suspension you cant do anything because any activity is blocked ?
