I need a video convertor.

As the title says, I'm searching for a good but simple video convertor.
I need one so I can convert the videos in order to put 'em on my phone and I need 'em to be .mp4 and with 320x480 resolution (its a decent samsung galxy mini 2).

http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/ try this it have more than just a converter it have youtube to mp3 and very much other converters. (My Favorite)
