I have enough control that I wait for sales, unless it's a really, really good deal already (like the D&D Anthology for $20). I did buy some games in the last sale that I haven't played much of, though. Also bought Legend of Grimrock in the summer sale, barely touched that...

just impulse bought the walking dead, doubt i'm gonna feel too bad playing it. the free chapter 1 on the iphone is what started my craving for it.

The walking dead, is essentially a point and click game. It doesn't have game mechanic at all.

The story is captivating though. But I can't justify paying more than 5 dollars for this game. It's short. That's all.

I want to impulse buy FC3 for $30 once the Amazon sale starts but I'm such a cheapskate I'll probably just wait for a 60%+ deal

^ Pretty much this; it's a hard habit to shake. Should have gotten it on sale though.

I have a tendency to impulse buy bundles...I have like 6 bundles of steam keys just sitting there cause I don't want to go through and redeem all these codes

I have over 1000 games over various systems, and far too many are impulse buys

Last ones were Sleeping Dogs and Alice: Madness Returns.

Just finished Alice, worth it even with the slight fps hiccups.

I buy too much games. I don't even have time to play them. It is just nice to find good deals and then trade them. :D

none, I don't impulse buy games at all, I research every game that looks interesting to me far before I buy it.

Kinda makes me feel like I'm missing out on some things sometimes, but on the other hand, no buyer's remorse!

I impulsively bought the GTA complete pack when it dropped to about $12 in the winter sale. Can't even run GTA IV and I've played the old ones to death. No regrets.

Either -75% AND less than 10$ or no buy for me. Also I'm reluctant to buy anything above 5$ unless it's VERY good... So, I guess I don't have that problem... but with all the good deals lately I was still kinda hard-pressed on funding anyway. :/

A Virus Named Tom. Bought it immediately after I ninja'ed the Holiday Encore Sale. It's not a bad game, but I haven't touched it since.

I did impulse buy several things. XCOM: Enemy Unknown being one, but it's a great game and I have enjoyed it much.

Also any Humble Bundle is an instant buy for me nowadays. I don't even need impulse lol!

Hum well, shopping addict here...
I was out of steam for years, just opened it wrong clicking and decided to update it... And bought 70/80 games/dlcs between the very end of encore and now... It's not even impulse... I call it "opportunity".
Sticking to my plan, I would have buy like 5/6...

You don't want to see me shopping for clothes.

Last one is Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, about 5 mins ago and too lazy to add the key yet, next one is.. borderlands 2, give me 2 mins more. huh.

What's the fun in there ? So far, out of that 20 days batch, I have one installed, Darksiders... And was away while it was running more than I actually played.

Couple of regrets here - I was still new to Steam when I bought Tidalis and Saints Row 2 cause I thought those discounts were so great. Needless to say those discounts/games were very far from even good.
