Go to your playfire page, you should see your credits on the middle, click on it and then on the next page click on the right button, which will take you to the gmg page, with your gmgstore credits added

my GMGstore credits are never added :c. I keep clicking the button that says "Spend It". It directs me to the GMG page but my credit remains on the playfire site.

You could try "buying" one of the free demos, sometimes that helps the credit show.

Tried to checkout and i'm just getting a barebones: Unable to add the voucher. What gives?

  • started claim process - entered credentials
  • registered mail
  • voted for golden joystick awards
  • got confirmation for..
  • .. and finally the voucher into inbox
  • added Bioshock Infine (GJA) into cart
  • checkout
  • add voucher
  • BAM !

It happened to me also. Tried later, worked. However stuck now at checkout... "Oops, we cannot compute!

"1 game is allowed per customer". You can make another account however you will also have to use a different cc / paypal account.
