yesterday steam bugged so about 70 game f2p added to my account

yesterday steam bugged so like i said about 70 added to my account & most of them free 2 play i don't know why but also i got serious sam hd the second encounter now the games disapeared but Serious sam still in my account ,! did it happen to anyone else ?
