do you have steam guard on ? then most likely you will be safe if you did not actually download anything.

When you download something you place that "something" in your pc, you need to run it to get "injured" (well, most of the time it works like that, some flash, etc... stuff can be more tricky)

Hi,
Today someone messaged me if I want to "trade something for his Asmov or LINK (screenshot)". I completely forgot that it could be scam so I clicked the link - Firefox asked me to open/save some file (probably .scr). It was at this point when I realized what's going on, I didn't even start downloading this file, immediately removed this guy and changed my password. Question is - if I didn't download it, is my Steam/PC infected? I don't have any active listings at market, my inventory is ok and my friends didn't receive any suspicious links from me.
