For anyone planning to play DayZ Mod

Play DayZero , basically it's vanilla mod with tons of enhancements. No stupidly op weapons, balanced, tons of new enterable buildings and surely the best FPS out of all mods, they optimized it amazingly well.
Also whitelist which means second to none cheaters. (active admins / devs, last update was deployed few days ago)

For anyone wanting to install additional DayZ maps/mods, DayZ Commander offers a good selection and makes installation quick and easy.
I believe you can download and install DayZero via DayZ Commander. Is "DayZero Chernarus" the same as your mod, OP?

Oddly enough, it sounds better than the stand alone that everyone insists on defending just because it's in alpha. xD

Standalone is biggest fail of 2014 period, i was really convincing myself to think its good and get it but i just cant.

The game is a big piece of shit. They spent so much time to make virtually an unplayable alpha. I still cannot get over how it is a "zombie" game but there is almost no bloody zombies. I also suffered from dehydration hundreds of times with no clear way in how to get water... :( Everything everywhere is vacant with nothing to loot. Hopefully it will be better in 5 years when they're ready for a public beta.
