Is it just the feedback tickets ? If you try to submit a ticket in "Other" category as a test, does it work or do you get an error too ?

The error sais : The page your trying to access is not disponible. All of this after i press the button to Create Ticket. I did this few times yesterday ,and today 4 times.

instead of creating a ticket that way, go to the giveaway page and click on "request a new winner"

I thought maybe you would be able to open a ticket in another category, from a different route. In which case you could still right the issue there, some support member would read it and act accordingly

Im trying to open a support ticket for a giveaway i did, where the winner toked the game, activated , but no feedback sent. I tried to open the ticket yesterday and today , but i get an error when i send the message. Anyone have same problem?
