No it's not. Steam strips HTML of its tags because it uses an inline code similar to BBcode. It's probably like this:
[table] [tr] [th][/th] [th][/th] [th][/th] [/tr] [tr] [td][/td] [td][/td] [td][/td] [/tr] [tr] [td][/td] [td][/td] [td][/td] [/tr] [/table]

I remember i saw steam (someting with galaxy in the name) and the discription was with columns and not a normal one.. so how is this possible?
