I got like 250+ games and i'm still freaking bored..

Need some motivation to play the games again, any suggestions or something?

I'm still buying games when i know i'm not going to play them, damn you Steam sales..

How about me? I need some suggestions. None of that steam game-randomizer shit. Just suggestions and reasons why I should play them.

Play TF2. You might get hat drops, which not only make your char look cooler, but you can also trade them for other Steam games.

Dude, I already have 700+ hours in that game and I don't want any more obsessions with shitpile F2P games.

calm, calm, I was not serious ;)

anyway, I suggest Game of Dwarves, especially if you have played and liked Dungeon Keeper.
GoD is the best "successor" to DK2 in my opinion.

Shoot Many Robots is also fun if you have friends to play with (I can recommend co-op games in general)

So uh

Actually look at my library please?

You could finish Darksiders and/or Quantum Conondrum ;)

Both good choices, but they're most likely too big for my shit laptop...

Bleh. Thanks anyway.

(also I suck at puzzles and QC is too hard for me)

How about just playing Dungeons of Dredmor? You seemed to enjoy the game enough to play 17 hours of it, and it is probably going to work on anything.

Dwarf Fortress, anyone?

You should play Just Cause 2 or Metro 2033 next

That's hilarious because both do not work on my laptop

JC2 is unplayable because I can't beat the beginning parachute part, and Metro lags like hell.

Im currently playing Orc Must die 2 with my brother in coop. You can finish the whole content in coop mode! We already had our laughs^^ You will have a good time with this game if you have a mate or smthing.

I played a lot of it with a friend but none of my friends have it so I can't exactly play it. Nice suggestion nonetheless.

I have to deal with both these issues on a daily basis :P

I'm definitely the same as you re:games. Can never stick with one so I have like a 1% completion rate lol.

Install all of them and say "i'm gonna delete just the ones i finish." Let the annoying Windows low-space notification be your motivation :P

p.s.: i tried and it doesn't work that well :(

I like to play Terraria when I'm just trying to start playing random games. Then i usually move on to rage inducing games ex. Super Meat Boy or Bit.trip Runner and thats when i lose track of what i'm doing. I usually finish it off with playing Minecraft half asleep using the mouse pad because my right arm is dead :/

one suggestion is if you don't already have one, go out and find yourself a second hand wired 360 controller for your PC. I did a few weeks back and have logged enough game time to 100% BoI, super meat boy, and going for dungeon defender 100%. Before i got it i hadn't wanted to play any games for months. As you grow up you'll become more casual. Indie games are the way forward in my opinion.

i disagree, the older i get i seem to get more and more "core" gamer. true i can't put 30+ hours of gaming in a working week but the older i get the more i desire complex games. When i was a kid shooters were my fav genre, then i became hooked in RPG and now i prefer strategy games.

get your friend to make a bet with you. tell him that if u can beat the Campaign/Story mode on hardest difficulty in 6 hours or less on one of the games you have, then he's gotta treat you to a meal at a restaurant of your choosing. knowing that i get to eat after i finish something normally makes me want to finish it. :)

Same lately I've just been buying games, some I've not even touched yet -.- damn sales, life was simpler when I was a console gamer, games were expensive enough to prevent me from buying ones I won't play

If you're going to buy games that you don't need at the moment, buy them as gifts and keep them into your inventory.
Maybe you can trade them for another that you want in the future or giveaway them.

I guess I could, but the thing is they are games I've actually all wanted for a long time, but having them all at once leaves me not playing any because I can't decide, if you know what I mean

Lol I do this and have somehow managed to accumulate over 40 gifts in my inventory in the past week :/

Here's my problem...

"Hmmm what should I play? Gahhh too many choices.... what game to I play!? I guess I just won't play anything since I can't decide...." Or "Well since I can't decide which game to play, I will play Garry's Mod...."

Shit is annoying yo.

Best bet when you start getting bored is to take a short break. I normally don't read as much as I would like to, so when I start getting bored of games, I put more time into my books until I really want to play something again.

Write the game you want to play and play it. That should keep you busy.

Start from the first game and play them all even if you finished some of them.. until you are bored... and make a rule to not skip one.. also you can try to do achievements for the games you already finished., thats what i did once and it worked
