They're useful for when you need help redeeming a key or something which I've done multiple times, but they don't seem to be any good at technical issues. They've recommended me to try disabling antivirus nd firewalls, which I've tried but didn't work, and yes, I tried completely uninstalling Origin and reinstalling it, which didn't help either.

So today I downloaded Plants Vs Zombies, which is more than can be said for some of the other games I've been trying to download over the past week on Origin such as Bulletstorm which seems to be constantly progressing backwards. Anyway, as I was saying, I downloaded Plants Vs Zombies today, and guess what? I can't install it. I click install, it says installing, installing, installed. I try to play it, but it still says install, so I click it, same thing, it's a never ending loop. This is seriously getting on my nerves.
I've used Origin for months now without a problem, I even a bought a game or two off the store. I've tried contacting support but they're only marginally better than Steam. The difference is, most Origin support members actually respond to your questions on the live chat, but they still sound like robots reciting a script, so of course, they were of no help. Has anyone had any problems since the last update? I've only been having problems since Origin updated so I'd assume that's the root of the problem, but I've no idea how to rollback to a previous version.
TL;DR: I'd just like to know if anyone else has a similar issue and if they fixed it and how. Any help is appreciated.
