Most of the DLC is cosmetic. Only DLC worth getting is Nightmare in North Point and Zodiac Tournament.

It seems like most of the DLC is just skins, save a few, though someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I wouldn't stress too much about having all of them. That's just me though, can't speak for everyone.

The DLC is mediocre to say the least. Only one has any real content - nightmare in northpoint and even it is poor. The zodiac tournament is just another fight club similar to the ones already in the base game with a story tacked on. Most of the rest are cheats or character clothing. Get the base game, it's very good.

Triple A games these days are getting cheaper and cheaper :D Sleeping Dogs for 10 bucks, Max Payne 3 for 10 bucks, Hitman Absolution for around 16-20 bucks and Borderlands 2 was like 20-22 bucks earlier.
