A screenshot wouldn't show garbled mess if it was his graphics card.

D3struction, try turning off the SteamGifts Plus and/or Greasemonkey and check if it's still there.

Probably some sort of corruption with Greasemonkey or the SG Plus addon. Try uninstalling and reinstalling (remember to export and backup filters first).

Don't be too sure about that. If the rendering pipeline has errors, but the graphics memory is fine, you can get the rendering errors on the screenshot as well.

Have you updated your graphics card driver lately? That chequerboard pattern tells us that probably it's a faulty graphics card/graphics card driver.

that is odd. It LOOKS liek a graphics card fluff up, but then why should it show up on a print screen?
disable any addons you may have for this site, see what happens?

AFAIK if you have a faulty graphics card, and the image has artifacts, they also appear on the screen captures.
