OBVIOUSLY DON'T OPEN THE LINK

(I know the friend in real life and he said that he never sent me that message)
what should i do? open a ticket on steam?
i believe it's a virus/keylogger or something else..

It's probably not your friend. Just a scammer impersonating him; it's happened to me before too.
You should either remove the sender from your friends list or file a report to steamrep.

You should first of all remove the link...

You can report the steam account that sent you the link to steamrep or something, I hardly think valve will do anything about it.

Please remove the link. Check your friend's profile to see if it is him, and if it is post a message letting him know he's spamming people. If he's impersonating your friend, report him.

YEah your friend's account has been hijacked by a spammer. I suggest you tell him to change his password. Happened to a friend of mine and he had to contact steam support to get his account back.
