Humble Monthly Games now regarded as bundled games?

I was trying to giveaway the Humble April Monthly games and I realized all of them are seen as bundled on steamgifts. When did the change in policy happen?

That is second monthly so far where threshold was beyond 95%, therefore games are considered as bundled.

If a game is sold for -95% of the Steam store price it will get bundled status.
Not all HB monthly games are considered bundled.
