Don't ask, but I'm looking for a program to make a calendar, a simple one. I'd like the calendar to be the kind where on the bottom page, you have the month, and on the top part, you have a picture and some other shit.

If anyone knows where I could find such a majestic program (or how to do it with word), let me know.

well I don't find the option (anymore) but I'm sure one of these "home photo editing" software can do the trick, but I forgot which one...

The PrintShop has a great calendar maker - but it's a little overkill if all you want is a calendar and it doesn't exactly meet the "simple" requirement.

Word should do the trick for you simply enough - insert a calendar object, size it to fit the bottom half of a page and insert a picture into the top half. Or even better use landscape orientation and one page for the calendar, one page for the picture.
I can make a template and send it to you if ya want

If it wouldn't take you too long, that would really help. I'm a total technoob, I have no idea what I'm doing here. 'Or even better use landscape orientation and one page for the calendar, one page for the picture.' is the kind of thing that I'm looking for :)

ok so the calendar object is pretty much useless unless you're going to write code for it - done deal tho' I ended up creating a blank calendar in the print shop and just copied pics of the months and pasted into Word

see if this works
when downloaded it should have a blank page between each month for the images

As long as it isn't for commercial use, I'd just find a pre-existing calendar for whatever year, copy the 'bottom' pages with the dates etc, double the height, and insert your pictures in it in Paint, Paint.net, GIMP, or whatever else you have.

I know you told us not to in your OP, but I think asking what the calendar is for could help a lot in terms of knowing what is needed.
