Ok, seriously, check out Dark Souls reviews and comments. It's flawed game, awful controls and really buggy. My advice is go for x-com.

Yes there is. And thanks to bugs you can get fucked up in loading screen. If you want to hear what I don't like about this one:
-weapons have one shooting mode (yes you either shoot single shots or auto, no choice here)
-no free aim except area effect weapons(you cant aim at wall, but you can destroy it if you aim at alien nearby...)
-with direct fire weapon cant hit anything else than your target or scenery around it(i unloaded so many plasma series into my own or aliens but no dmg since it wasn't my target)
-aliens can spawn everywhere(enjoy sectopod dropping in middle of your squad on iron man)
-aliens go through walls when go out of sight(where did that alien go? theres no doors or openings...)

that said I had so high hopes for the game so I payed 60+ hours, hope for new patch, hope its just new game.Most of other stuff is pretty well made... my biggest preorder regret :/ Better play aftershock or smth
