Oh, I know how that is... Mine comes a bit later - when those effing aspen/cottonwood or whatever they are seeding - shedding "cotton". Looks like snowstorm in a middle of June, and my eyes just itch like a b*^ch. But my older kid suffer from hay fever throughout spring and early summer, so I feel for you... <3

When I lived in Magadan I would disagree with calendar too - a lot! XD
Now in CA it's much astronomical calendar much closer to local seasons.

P.P.S. Turns out that I have way too many leftover keys - way, way more than available giveaway slots...
And that's why in addition to main express there would be short daily trips too! But those would leave from mid-stations along the road - so make sure to check the itinerary! Departure would be sometime around 8-10am PDT daily - as long as winners get their gifts on time so I have another open slot available. And first one was just added - so upgrade your tickets!
Update! Added new Satur-daily!.. And 'cause conductor here had brain-freeze yesterday - this also becomes final stop for the train ride instead of "blocked" previous last station. Tomorrow daily depends on winners getting their prizes received. Good luck!
