Hi,

I'm pretty new in this page. An hour ago I'd created a giveaway for the game AsteroirdsHD but it was removed saying that it's a free game. The game isn't free (cost $0.99) and it's a early access (isn't a beta key).

Anyone know why It was removed?

Thank you

Regards

The key is currently being given away for free, therefore it's a free game. I highly doubt you purchased the game, most likely you obtained through the giveaway that is taking place.

Ok, pretty exact and logical. But the game isn't free... If you want the game using that method, you have to subscribe to newsletter, enter 7 groups and reblog/follow some pages....

No, joining groups are free. But then you have to enter to each group to abandon them, or suffer all the spam

You are not purchasing the subscription to the newsletter, therefore it's free.

price on steam store doesn't mean anything, games that are given away for free are removed to avoid cv exploits.

So the people that brought the game couldn't create giveaways for that games? Because of active methods?

yes.

and since it's $1, it's not a big loss.
