If your games are really region locked, you should wait for support to add India in the "region restrictions" settings when you create a GA. I can't help you more than this unfortunately, but have a free bump. Maybe someone else will know better than me :)

Hey posting here after a long time and want to wish you guys a very Happy Diwali :P
And just a little bit of query. Since steam has a store in Indian rupees now and that they have region locked everything to India, what should I do to make a giveaway here? Cause I believe the games won't be able to get activated outside India :(
