I was wandering if anyone else had this problem it says i have to wait till my giveaways finish but i dont have any up atm i have canceled some because i didnt think keys can be sent on this but then realized they can

I wrote a support ticket about this and it's been almost a week, Jade said they'll pass it onto cg but nothing has happened about it yet.
