Metro last light is currently 40% off on flash sale which means this could be the best deal during this summer sale on steam.
Is it s good time to get it or wait to see a better deal? Any suggest on this?

I tried 3 times to buy that day and all failed, then I asked one of my friend to try, it was sold out. I believe that most of us did not get it but there are few people actually got it.

I agree with you, it is a great game, I have read Metro novel and really love the story. But I don't have much money for the hole steam summer sale, so I want to get more games that I want and I hesitate to get it.

I am afraid that it could go on community's vote options on day during the summer sale and if it is one of vote selection, it could possibly be 50% off. So I am not sure to pick it up now or wait until bigger deal happens. But thanks for the tip.

Still expensive with 40% off for a single player game. They also sell Metro Franchise that includes, Metro 2033, Metro Last Light + 2 DLC (without any discount) from Metro LL, which makes it a completely rip-off, because instead of this DLC they could include the Season Pass for this price.

after 40% off, it is $30 and it is still higher than I expect as well. Yay, the franchise pack is wield for me. In my mind, game franchise pack is like a package includes all base games and all add-ons and all DLCs of the entire series of a game, for instance the Dawn of war franchise pack. This time, they don't give us a high value pack of this game. I like 4A but I don't like deep silver.

Ultimately you can keep waiting and waiting for the prices to dip. I just live by this : If money isn't an issue, then just ask yourself if you'll actually play it soon, and be honest about it — no sense in buying something only to leave it in your library/inventory long enough to see it go on even better sales. If money is an issue, just wait. If you want a prediction though, I predict it'll be at least 50% on amazon by the end of the year.
