The low number of entries are for the bundle games very little people want or already have.
There are plenty of giveaway groups dedicated to giving away just bundle games with looser restrictions and I would guess you would have little problem joining one of those.
This one however only accepts exceptional members.

I actually am a member of many groups. I have also been a member of groups with restrictive rules, to the point where most of the giveaways had 3 or less members. That group didn't work, it seemed like this was the same.
For your information, I have been invited to the group, I guess that makes me an "exceptional" member heh? I politely declined as I wasn't currently able to abide by all the rules.
