Would you need/use that?
Game doesn't appear as the first result when you write its full name = You can't create a giveaway for it.
And for me, it is easier to find a game for its name than for its appid (despite the same game can have several appids depending on the country)

(sorry for double posting)
Maybe another solution... Would you prefer that removed games could appear in the search box but a red square appears informing you that the game was removed from the list because it was massively given for free? (and of course disabling the rest of elements until you select another game to giveaway).

A suggestion for the "new Giveaway" page, is to add support for appID searches along with the game title searches. There are some cases where you have to browse through 10+ pages of results to find the game title you want to give away.
You can test it by starting a new giveaway using "Project RPG" as a game title, it brings up 81 pages of unsorted and irrelevant results, using the very common project and RPG words. I suppose project rpg is not available for giveaways but still you have to browse through all pages to find it out. Also an appID search would minimize server requests in such cases.
Possible ways to implement it:
"Title (or search with appID)"
to toggle gametitle<--->appID searches in the same box.
