Humble Bundle - Purchase Canceled

Hey guys, I have problem with HB Capcom, if bundle start i bought $1 tier in first hour after bundle start. Activate LP3 and RE.

Before 1 day my friend ask me to buy LP3, so i want to pay agin via PayPal and HB says: We have received too many purchase requests from you in a short period of time 7 days is short period? WTF

So i use credit card and get keys and give LP to friend.

Today I remembered I WTB one or two more to trade, but i can't buy another bundle via card or PP always this: Sorry for the inconvenience.
We have received too many purchase requests from you in a short period of time, so we have canceled your order (you will not be charged).

2 bundles in 8 days is lot or what? How can i buy another $1 Tier?
I try another mail, "buying gift link", edit prce from $1 to $1,01 etc... still doesnt work. o.O i think its connected with my payment methods.
PP = 1 bundle
Card = 1 bundle
and more is too many purchases??

So my Q is easy: How can i buy another tier 1?

Have you try to use different browser and/or delete your cache . Also log out your humble bundle account if you are still sign in.
I mean it shouldn't limit you to buy only 2 bundle within 8 days

Yes i trying it too as logouted and with deleted cache...
I try different browser // dont work too
(vpn doesnt work too) :D

may be wait for another hour before trying if not then contact support?
last time it happened, I contacted support n they said it was their mistake their software mistakenly flagged me suspicious. it did a day to clear it up though..

Somebody else posted something similar. Which is strange, since I had bundles purchased there by the dozen (literally) without anything similar happening.

i send q, why my PP is restricted after 1 purchase, bcs i alaways buy all bundles via PP without problem (hb too) only this bundle is potatoed

The card is the problem...you have to use another card...you used the same card twice so they dont let you do it again

This Capcom bundle is limited to one per user. For some reason (maybe hb is unable or just doesn't "care" that
people might be able to buy more than one copy) you can buy another copy with another payment option.

Obviously the inaccurate wording in the "too many purchases" message should be improved/correct for the future.
I like it when there's no unnecessary confusion and I don't see a reason why hb would want to cause said confusion here.

I bought two copies with PP, a full and a BTA. If there is a limitation, it may apply to the $1 level only.

It's not HB forcing these things, it's the publishers. For example, in all bundles HB accepts Bitcoins while on This Capcome Bundle and the previous Borderlands one they didn't.

its not only the capcom bundle... i also tried to buy valkyria in the humble store twice but i could buy it only one time :/
second time it also canceld the purchase... so it looks to me, they have changed it in total and not only for the bundle...

well there is a time limit for everything to limit fraud, but that should be less than "once in 24 hours" probably while for this bundle it seems to be permanent.

Nooooo.. i wanted to buy one more 15$ cap bundle to GA here and now this? only 2 purchase of same item with same card?

Porbably they game too many copies purchase from other gift website because that Capcom deal is so amazing...

aaa shit... just put it to the test.. since my first 2 purchase was using paypal..

  1. tier 3 for my self.. and 1 tier 2 for SG and that was 2-3 days go.
  2. I just tried using paypal again and it failed...
  3. I made 2 more purchase of tier 3 using credit card and it works...
  4. not rich enough to try it again....

Now i have some GA to do for later today....

You can buy two bundles if you buy the first logged in, with PP, and the second while logged out, with credit card. Source: I've done that :)

You can only buy 1 (ONE) bundle for $1. This happens often to me. I think they do let you buy the bundle if you pay over average. The $1 bundle purchase limit went from 10 to 5 to 3 to 2 to 1 and I believe the reason is to stop resellers.
Also, same on Humble Store. I bought 2 terrarias for 2.50 euros and they didn't let me buy 3rd one.

Stupid rule but understand why, but 1 or 2 per person is very low limit...
