SteelSeries headsets are ~$100 depending on which one you want. They're pretty reliable and last a long time. They have a notable ability to cause eargasms.

Any headphones that create a good seal around the ears should be good enough to drown the noise of hearing dubstep if you turn up the volume loud enough.

Any with good bass will do, you won't find better then this, I honestly don't beleive how cheap they got....but really they are amazing and pretty much indestructible also.

For bassy headphones in that price range I'd go with something like the Klipsch Image One or the V-Moda M80 that's already mentioned by HillaryClinton above.

Please, dont listen guys that suggesting headsets and other crap. Also, you want quality sounding headphones? Or only cool looking but with poor (in their price range) sound quality like in your list?
