I sent a ticket to support like 3 weeks ago, still no response. Has they stopped replying? Is there anyone else with the same problem?

Depends on the ticket. Reroll tickets take around a week to get resolved. The others take months or years or eternity to get resolved (when I say eternity, I mean they never get resolved). :P

Mine is a reroll ticket

They usually take around a week to get resolved, so maybe something happened with your ticket. :/

What's wrong with Windborne?

by the looks of it, based on the comments given in the windborne giveaway, any person who got a reroll of that game would have the same issues that the initial winner had, and you also had. As such, you would be better to ask the user if it would be acceptable to just delete the giveaway, and chalk it up to a bad key - rather than keep re-rolling and potentially getting the same issue all over again - that may be why support is not doing anything with this one - hope that helps :)

+1

permission for deletion is already there too, so it would be much faster and much safer case of action.

I suppose it depends, but it surely takes more time than rerolls.

Usually, to make your re-roll tickets easier for Support to handle, there are a few elements to remember:

  1. Check if the user has won the same prize before, or if it is active in his account (if so, describe so on the ticket, so they can confirm it faster)
  2. If the winner has already agreed to the re-roll (or requested it himself), ask him to post a comment on the giveaway saying so
  3. Try not to bump your ticket, as it may go back to the bottom of the queue (assuming they are handled as a stack)

Other than that, hope your issue gets fixed soon. Support has indeed been super-busy with re-rolls lately.

Submitted 20 user reports the first day of the most recent HB freebie, and they were all actioned within 24 hours, so I'll add another "no and no" to the pile.

EDIT: And no, they weren't for "fake giveaways".
