Already got most of them. Would never pay money for Daikatana because it is a horrible game. Also, Deus Ex, as genius as it might be, should be in tier 1. It's really old and it has been sold at a dollar and a half in 75% price reductions.

Deus Ex is a great game, so in terms of greatness it belongs to top tier. On the other hand, I'm screwed... If I could choose only 1 game from this bundle, I'd choose Deus Ex. But it's in highest tier, but I won't buy the full for only that one game :\

I already did a long time ago :-p. That's what I was saying. It's a GENIUS game, but the fact it was sold so cheap at many occasions should have made it go in the smaller tier of the bundle, as to be accessible to more people. If the higher bundle has more games which is likely for people not to own, it will have more sales, that's what I say. It would be a much more productive marketing strategy for Square Enix, I think. Also, a shitty game like Kane and Lynch 2 for which people don't give a shit, isn't a good ting for the higher tier either. Now, if they had put in Tom Raider 2014(or at least one of the previous games of the franchise like Legend, Anniversary or Underworld) I think it would have drawn in more buyers. I still think the bundle will sell handsomely, but I don't predict many payments of 15 dollars.

So much for using the summer sale to complete my Ion Storm collection. :P Will probably still buy it for the Hitman games.
Still, you must be warned. Daikatana is a gem not meant for the masses. It's a dangerous swamp full of frogs and robots. If you think you have what it takes, proceed to enjoy what is, certainly, a masterpiece. XD

Just on $1 tier there are 6 games on 5 different genres which probably all have -now, not then- a >7/10 score.
I thought age was the factor that made you not appreciate it. You not only said you're not interested on them (which probably you didn't care to know what are they about), you also said the entire bundle is crap "It's a prototype of a Meh-Bundle."

EDIT: 206 hours on Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light I guess the game isn't so bad ;) I bet all the rest on the bundle worth 10% of that time each one depending on the preferred genres of the buyers.

Yeah well, you know Steam likes to mess up the playtimes, haha. Definitely didn't spend so much time on that, only completed one playthrough with my friend (coop is fun, bought it just because of it).
Back to the bundle - I played Hitman 1 & Thief back in da days (and they bored me). Checked Daikatana and MiniNinjas. I was never an FPS fan and the Ninjas seem like a casual/kid unoriginal platformer. So I'm not entirely sure about that "didn't care to know what are they about" part.
That leaves just Anachronox. Which may be a good game, but 77 meta is not something spectacular. And as I don't have that much time to play games as before, I have to chose them wisely and play safe.
Final thought - Meh does not mean crap. It's just meh...

That you don't like a genre doesn't make bad a bundle containing most of the games on that genre or based on it.

Well yes, but people also love AC, Skyrim, CoD, Witcher and other extremely overrated games. The mass hype doesn't mean anything.
Also, please don't generalize your conclusions from my text. I am sure there are a lot of people, who know the difference between crap and meh :)

While it would be available for one dollar, Thief Gold is worth paying more and just getting it on GOG with proper Windows Support, rather then the Steam version. Same goes for each oldie in that bundle. Thus below the average is shit. Beat the average not saved by the one good game (Absolution), and the next tier is just retarded. Pay 15 dollars for sequels without main games, and for two good games (Director's Cut and Guardian) which are cheaper still together on Steam than 15 dollars. Which reminds me, Square Enix, you're shitholes for not providing an upgrade option to Director's Cut for those already owning the main game.

I am rather annoyed by the lack of an upgrade to Director's Cut. The discount they give people who already own it is no better than the frequent sales DE:HR has. I can either use my discount to buy it for $5, or buy it one of the 100 sales for $5.

old Thief, old Hitman, old deus ex... definitely old tomb raider as one of the bonuses (my hope is tomb raider 1 with latest tomb raider: I know, I'm pretending too much :D)

Nice bundle. I've had the Hitman games on my wishlist for a while now, so I bought this. I noticed that Steam's Hitman Collection includes the 3 games in this Humble Bundle plus Hitman: Blood Money. I'm kind of hoping Blood Money is one of the bonus games added next week, so that I'll have all of the games in that Steam package.
