A friend of mine can get it for 30$ (non-RU), add me if you're interested.
Apart from that RU key resellers are probably your best bet, though you will have to make sure the key is not region locked.

I have never used one so can't vouch for the 'legitness' of it. (yes I can make up words too)

Absolutely nothing has changed from Borderlands 1 except for characters, weapons and enemies. The quests are all the same. Also, those stupid fucking le pop cultur xd so fahnny references fucking EVERYWHERE

nothing has changed? what did it need to change? make a big difference in gameplay like those guys in bioware with dragon age 1 and 2? need new quests? like what tell me something NEW for a quest it changes the story and continues it and the game is more fun than the first one.
they did upgrade the graphics though...

bought the game from that site two weeks ago. its the wordwide edition so dont worry if u will be able to activate and play the game. it works. 27 hours gameplay so far ;)
