Indie Gala gifts

Hey there community,

i've got some spare gifts from the IndieGala 6 Bundle.
If i put them up on the site here. Do i have to send the winner the link to the

http://www.indiegala.com/gift?gift_id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

page? Because i also can access this page and the listed keys of that gift. Which would somehow violate the SteamGifts rules i think, because these keys could already be redeemed be me or a friend of mine. oO

I know i don't redeem any of the "gift" keys. But ppl could accuse me of.... -.-
