I always play b-ball with my friend 1 v 1 and I usually start strong and I'm especially good in the post but I tend to get tired very fast, and my stamina isn't very good (except in bed) so I usually get steamrolled in the second half.

any tips on how to remedy this situation?

Here's your remedy, you NEED water. I had that problem too. Drink lots of water before but not right before. Maybe like a 1 or 2 hours before you need like 1 or 2 bottles of water. That tired feeling is dehydration.
