Gift randomly not tradable anymore?

I have a gift of Tropico 4 and Omerta from the Tropico 5 preorder in my inventory. They were tradable the whole time, but now after the release of Tropico 5 it says that i cannot trade it before 22. June. Anyone knows how this comes or has the same problem?

either you have added funds to steam or loged on a diffrent pc. Or maybe some company thing. But so what you can't trade it... You send the game.....

I had a issued like that, so i restart steam client and it fixed it.

I got this randomly a week ago for a gift that has been in my inventory for a year. I just assumed it was an error when the Community was going down a lot.

it was a free pre order bonus. and i mean i could have sold it a long time ago. so i dont think this is a valid reason

I just checked my inventory and I also have a Tropico 4 and Omerta from the Tropico 5 pre-order but they are both still tradable.

The weird thing is I have an Epidemic Beta gift in my inventory and that has turned un-tradable until June 1st.
